What’s Up Walk-In

Overview Information

The What’s up Walk-In clinic is an in-person barrier free counselling service for individuals and families ages 0 – 26. For information about Virtual services please see below. Lumenus Community Services is a part of a consortium of agencies offering this service. Individuals and families do not need a health card to attend, there is no fee for this service and in most cases, services are offered with a minimal wait time. Lumenus in-person sessions are from Tuesday to Friday at our Hartsdale (Etobicoke) and Finch (North Toronto) sites. See hours and locations below. Referrals to this walk-in counselling require that a brief Intake form be completed on site. Walk-in counselling services are offered using a Solution Focused Brief Therapy model.

Please note that all virtual services for the age group 0-18 now will go through ONE STOP TALK at https://onestoptalk.ca/.

For those of you who are 18 to 26 years of age you can access Virtual services by calling our central number at 416 229 3670 and press 5 for Hartsdale and press 6 for Finch between 9 and 4:30 Monday to Friday to make an appointment. Virtual session hours are the same as in-person hours.

VIRTUAL WEEKEND HOURS for 18-26 year olds:

Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, we will offer virtual pre-booked sessions between 10 am and 3 pm. Please call WUWI at 416 229 3670 extension 5 or 6 weekdays between 9 and 4:30 to book your session. This is not for a specific clinic location but rather for all Lumenus.
