What’s Up Walk-In

Overview Information

The What’s up Walk-In clinic is a barrier free counselling service for individuals and families aged 0 – 26. Lumenus is a part of a consortium of agencies offering this service. Individuals and families do not need a health card to attend, there is no fee for this service and in most cases, services are offered with minimal wait time. As of September 3, 2024 our service has changed, Lumenus is now providing in person sessions from Tuesday to Friday and virtual sessions by phone or video conferencing sessions at our Ronson (West Toronto) and Finch (North Toronto) sites. See hours and locations below. Referrals to this walk in counselling require that a brief Intake form be completed. For Virtual sessions, this Intake is done by phone with our Intake folks and for in person sessions it is completed on site after speaking to the Centre’s Intake Person. Walk in counselling services are offered using a Solution Focused Brief Therapy model.

Wednesday	2 pm – 8 pm, last intake 6:30 pm
Thursday	12 pm – 6 pm, last intake 4:30 pm
Friday	12 pm – 6 pm, last intake 4:30 pm

WEEKEND HOURS:

Every 2^nd and 4^th Saturday of the month, we will offer virtual pre-booked sessions between 10 am and 3 pm. Please call WUWI at 416 229 3670 extension 5 or 6 weekdays between 9 and 4:30 to book your session.  This is not for a specific clinic location but rather for all of Lumenus.

For Virtual WUWI services:

Please call our central number at 416 229 3670 and press 5 for Ronson and press 6 for Finch between 9 and 4:30 Monday to Friday to make an appointment. Virtual Session hours are the same as in Person hours.
