Access: Referral from Child Welfare Agency

Cost: Free

Keeping Families Together provides responsive, short-term (up to 3 months) mental health counselling to clients ages 12 – 18 and their family/caregivers entering child welfare care or are transitioning out of child welfare care. These upheavals are challenging and don’t have to be navigated alone. 

Keeping Families together is offered to clients living in the north quadrant of Toronto and provided in a location that best suits the needs of the youth and family/caregivers. The worker sees the client individually depending on the assessed needs.

This service is provided in a location that best suits the needs of the client and is arranged upon intake.
