Lumenus Autism Services: Leadership Investments Expected to Maximize Service Capacity

Lumenus Community Services (“Lumenus”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Farrah Ladha, Senior Director of Autism Services, effective August 26, 2024.
After a comprehensive national search, Ms. Ladha was selected to take on this important role to lead Lumenus’ autism service, including an Autism Fee-For-Service business unit.
Ms. Ladha is an authentic, strategic, and collaborative business leader with deep experience in the health care sector and proven experience building and growing fee-for-service and social enterprises. To this important leadership role, Ms. Ladha, brings exceptional communication skills, financial leadership, and partnership building experience acquired through almost two decades of leadership experience in health care and social enterprise / start-up settings. Her previous roles include Director of Business Development at Well.ca (owned by McKesson Canada); Director of Clinical Strategic Projects at the Hospital for Sick Children; and Strategic Advisor at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.

Ms. Ladha holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA), from Harvard Business School; a Master of Arts in Political Science from American University; a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas. Ms. Ladha’s combination of education and work experience, showcases the unique financial, business, clinical and strategic acumen that she will bring to the Senior Director, Autism Services position at Lumenus.
